Offering Vegetarian Option in Food Production Practical in all Courses - In an effort to promote inclusivity and cater to diverse dietary preferences, the State Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (SIHMCT) has introduced a vegetarian option in the Food Production Practical sessions across all courses. This initiative aims to ensure that all students can participate fully in practical cooking sessions, regardless of their dietary choices.
NCHMCT JEE 2026 registration is expected to commence in early December 2025 for admissions to the B.Sc. (Hospitality and Hotel Administration) program.
